About the event
Balfolk İstanbul participates to the French pianist and composer Valentin Barray’s project. He invites everybody to take part in a video of 1 hour mazurka that he composed. The aim of the project is to gather dancers from every age, from different countries who dance in diverse way. It is a way to unite dancers living far away from each other in one video, creating an online Balfolk festival! Beginners or experienced dancers, everybody is welcomed! On Saturday 11th January we will meet at 18.00 at Arthere to dance and record this Mazurka all together. The mazurka he composed and we will use it available on Youtube https://youtu.be/xe5T-J6mPy0
