Rosie's work appears to be photographs of landscapes but not what they seem. Through the use of paper, vape and household lighting she forms these illusory images which test what we know to be the veracity of the photograph. Her work also extends off the page into an immersive installation, making inquiries into Michel Foucault's theories on space and heterotopia.

 

During her residency at Arthere Istanbul she will explore the human connection to place how it is held in memory and how loss is felt through displacement .
