Martin Harman creates multimedia art, from handmade contemporary abstract & surreal ceramic sculpture and painting.

The key themes in his work explore the mysteries of, belief, spirituality, time, space, the nature of reality, society and the human experience. These are all derived from being inspired by Stonehenge in Salisbury UK. He then shifts these ideas into his practice.

In 2014 he was awarded The Bristol First Collective who purchased his sculpture Juxtaposed at the 161st Annual Open Exhibition at the Royal West of England Academy UK.

His artworks have been shown and collected internationally and he has also been an invited guest at Symposium’s. A notable one includes: Panevezys Civic Art Gallery, Lithuania.

His ceramic sculpture is also in public collections internationally such as the International Ceramics Studio Kecskemét Hungary, Ariana Museum Geneva Switzerland and The National Museum of Slovenia.
